It is nly a matter of time before these individuals who are doing well on first line regimens develop resistance and require second line ARVs which are definitely not so readily available. This means in 10 years, we will need an entirely different regimen for these persons. It is a vaccine that is necessary, but now that Fauci just cancelled the newest vaccine trial last week.
